The 150-500mm F/5-6.7 Di III VC VXD (model A057) not only delivers high image quality, but it is also offers high operating convenience.

Despite the remarkable 500mm focal length, it is very comfortable to use with a length of only 209.6 mm and a maximum diameter of 93 mm.

As the first Tamron lens for full-frame cameras with Sony E-Mount, it is equipped with a VC image stabiliser, which enables sharp ultra-telephoto shots from the free hand.

The optical structure comprises 25 elements in 16 groups, among them several special glasses and hybrid aspheres for correcting optical aberrations.

The BBAR-G2 coating of the lenses minimises reflections inside the lens and suppresses ghost images and lens flares, which are particularly common in backlit photos.
