Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged.
We will then contact our supplier to confirm the product you have purchased is available for shipment. Once confirmed, we will process the payment and your order will be processed.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that during peak seasons, this may take slightly longer, but we will keep you informed if there are any delays.
If there are any other delays such as an item is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be delivered within 1-14 working days.
We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at; support@cameraplanetuk.com
Order Delivery
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes between 1-14 days. Delivery times may vary depending on our suppliers, product availability and the destination address. For more specific delivery estimates, please refer to the product page.
Your order will be shipped via one of our trusted couriers either standard or express delivery and tracking details will be provided to use on their website. Please note not all products have Express delivery option.
We aim to provide accurate and timely delivery, but please note that external factors, such as courier delays or shipping restrictions, may occasionally affect the estimated delivery time.

Cancellations & Returns
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase and the item(s) must be returned to us before the refund can be issued.
To be eligible for a return, all products must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. They must be free from damage of any kind and be in the original factory box with all of the original packing materials, warranty cards, manuals, accessories and any other materials included.
Any items returned that do not meet these requirements are likely to be rejected, If the supplier agrees to accept any Goods returned in a non-saleable condition, a charge may apply to bringing the Goods to a saleable condition.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Goods must clearly display a customer returns label on the packaging and instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided. Please note that you are solely responsible for all shipping costs on returned items.
A restocking fee of 25% of the value of goods, with a minimum charge of £25.00 may apply.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged during transit, please contact us in writing within three business days of delivery and send clear photos of the damaged items to support@cameraplanetuk.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
If an item is deemed faulty please contact us and request to return the item within three business days of receiving the item. Once your item has been inspected and our technical staff approves that the product does carry a manufacturer's fault we will provide you with a replacement and also reimburse your shipping costs.
Defects or damage due to misuse, such as water damage, oxidation, dropping or impact damage, negligence and general wear and tear are not covered by the warranty. Any items that have been physically forced or altered in any way will be refused, Lens dust and LCD dead pixels will not be considered as fault, therefore products cannot be returned for any of these reasons. Repairs or modifications carried out by someone other than an authorised representative will result in the cancellation of the warranty
Delivery will be deemed too have been made, when the Customer or nominated person accepts and signs for delivery of the Goods. The Customer must inform the Company within 3 business days of delivery if the order is short or damaged in any way. After that time the Customer cannot make a claim against the Company in respect of any damage or shortage.
If the Company agrees to arrange for delivery of the Goods to any Customer on a specific date, the Customer must give verbal and written notice to the Company immediately if the Goods are not received within 3 days of the expected delivery date. If the Customer fails to do so, the delivery will be deemed to have been made and payment will become due, whether or not it has actually been delivered.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. We will send you an email once our team has processed your refund. PayPal and Credit Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear back into your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds for returns apply to the original purchase price of the items only.
